EFORIA APP FAQ

I subscribed on the App Store but can't access the premium app features.


Thank you for subscribing! If you are having trouble unlocking premium features, please try the following steps to resolve the issue: 1. Open the app and tap on the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the You tab. 2. If that doesn’t work, try force-closing the app, then open it again and repeat Step 1. Here's how to do this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201330 (Restarting your device sometimes helps too.) 3. If none of that works, please make sure your App Store subscription is active. Here's how to do this: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT202039 4. Finally, please check that you are logged into your Apple device with the exact same iTunes/Apple ID which you used to complete the purchase. Hope this helps!
If—after you try all the steps above—you still can't see the paid features in the app, please let us know by e-mailing hello@eforia.app. If so, it'd be helpful if you could please send us a screenshot of what you are seeing in the app, and let us know which iPhone or iPad model you are using.




How do I download the Eforia app?

Is the Eforia app available on Android?


We are working on the Android version of the app - stay tuned! In the meantime, you can try the app on any iOS device (iPhone or iPad) by downloading it from the App Store: https://apps.apple.com/app/id1473300604




I have a new iPhone or iPad - how do I restore my Eforia subscription?


Thank you for purchasing the premium app features! Your subscription is tied to your Apple ID, so if you are still able to use the one you subscribed with, all your paid features can be reactivated on the new device. Just open the app and tap on the "Restore Purchases" button at the bottom of the You tab.

If you don't have access to the Apple ID you subscribed with, you'll need to contact Apple for support -- they handle all subscription billing and troubleshooting for our app via the App Store. We recommend you use the following link to review your purchase history: see your App Store and iTunes purchase history on a Mac or PC - Apple Support. From there, you can cancel the previous subscription and then activate a new one on your new device.

You can also contact Apple Customer Support directly at https://getsupport.apple.com/. When you get to this page, click "Billing & Subscriptions" followed by "Subscriptions & Purchases." Once here, you'll be given several options to contact Apple to resolve the issue -- they'll be glad to assist you with any questions or concerns.




I am having a billing issue or need to cancel my subscription.


All subscription billing for our app is handled externally by the App Store. Unfortunately, we don't have access to see your payment info -- Apple just verifies when a user's paid account is active, which automatically turns on the premium features in that user's app. We recommend you use the following link to review your purchase history: see your App Store and iTunes purchase history on a Mac or PC - Apple Support.
